do not buy these if you look in the ingredients list and compare the amount of mg for each amino acid to nutrisport's amino acid, in the nutrisport tub you get 300 tabs instead of 270 and the mg values are nearly double (sometimes treble) what you get in each time. plus nutrisports tub is about half the price! proving you don't neccissarely get what you pay for! shame on you maximuscle!
