Contrary to the above, I actually do like this product's taste. It is easily assimilated, and mixes well with water or milk. If you don't use a shaker the result can be a little lumpy, but invest in a shaker, and you have the perfect meal replacement device, or post training shake.

This is by far the WORST TASTING PRODUCT I have ever attempted to swallow. I think the plan is to make you lose weight through the nausea that it induces - YUM !!!
