The chocolate flavour is great. It recommends you mix with 300-350ml of water but if you do it 300ml it tastes better as any more water makes it taste weak and diluted. Teaming this with Thermabol has helped a treat because this shake has caffeine, green tea and CLA's mixed in with a high does of Protein. There really is nothing better for someone wanting high protein whilst trying to shed pounds and maintain muscle. Ive gone from 17st 2lbs to 12st 13lbs since May of 2009! My only criticism is that you go through a tub of this in no time and it gets expensive to replace.

So far, i've been taking promax diet along with thermobol for 2 months and i must confess the results are amazing. I'm doing exercice 5 times a week ( cycling, rowing & jogging). I've lost 2 stones. Taking this products, together with exercice and a good diet you achive results in 3 months

Still early days, but I can only drink it with skimmed milk - it tastes rough with water IMHO. It maybe something else but I am quite constipated since starting using it. It maybe a concidence, so I will send another review in 3 weeks, but the stuff does fill you up!

taste is fine, but so high in caffeine and stimulants that I felt wired most of the time. Definitely improved training performance and recovery, but mentally was too much for me as I usually avoid caffeine. Shake is just over 5% fat, bars are about 9% so beware!

Tried the strawberry and chocolate so far both fairly easy going on the taste buds and very filling. Would advise really shaking up as they taste much better when frothed up well. Well worth it for the protein percentage!
