I love these little protein bars, they're great for when you dont get time to eat properly or are travelling & want something light to keep hunger pangs at bay. They taste good - not too sweet & not dry like some bars. I always keep some on me for a post workout snack as its easier than carrying powder & a shaker, they also contain magnesium to help muscle function.
