I am really impressed with this product and have been taking this with the "get ripped" capsules. in the last 3 months i have lost 24lbs, which has made a big difference in my life. Im just about to buy more now!

Purchased 700g a while ago, Taste can be a problem if you don't mix it really well, I use a aerolatte milk mixer which works well and when mixed well with water the taste is reasonable if not a little bland. I have noticed some fat loss, and it does deaden your appetite for a short while after taking it. It has helped me not put extra weight back on but you really have to use it in association with a good balanced diet. I believe it helps me lose fat by stopping me snacking during the afternoon on non training days as it replaces my lunch. My usual exercise is mountain biking, I'm not that hungry after I get back and this fits in nicely for me. If nothing else I was back at this page as I'm ordering two more 700g packs.
