thinking of starting to use this, your comments are only about what it tastes like not whether it works or not - did it help you to lose weight coupled with exercise etc?

I have very much enjoyed this product... have been making it up with some skimmed milk though as it does taste a little better but even at that it still makes it a low calorie meal replacement. Lumps go away easily if its shaken up enough and the strawberry flavour is tasty enough.

Love this meal replacement. At gym most days and sometimes don't have the time to have breakfast before going so I have one of these drinks instead and it fantastic. Gives me enough energy and leaves me feeling satisfied until after my class.
